Oops, she did it again! Britney Spears was the victim of a major wardrobe malfunction today as she was leaving The Sanctum Soho Hotel in London, where she’s currently promoting her upcoming European The Femme Fatale Tour. As she was climbing into her car, she gave us a big old crotch shot!

The 29-year-old international pop star is no stranger to wardrobe malfunctions, however, this is her biggest one of late. Sporting a lime green mini dress, Brit was getting into her car and didn’t close her legs fully — showing off some pink neon cheetah panties. Oops!

Lady Gaga Without Underwear

While Lady Gaga remembered to accessorize her outlandish ensemble with crazy sunglasses, gloves and sky-high stilettos, the singer forgot one important detail: her underwear. As she posed for photographers on the streets of Manhattan Monday night, Gaga fell victim to one of the biggest fashion faux pas – and during New York Fashion Week no less. It's no surprise what happened, however, since Gaga opted to wear a red latex dress with a front slit that leaves little to the imagination. Not only did she flash a swarm of photographers and fans on the public street, the singer also revealed a risqué piercing. This isn't the first time the 25-year-old has been caught having a wardrobe malfunction. As she posed on the CFDA Fashion Awards red carpet in June, the "You and I" singer gave photographers a little more than they bargained for when her strapless Mugler gown couldn't hold down her breasts.

The ad film was shot long time back as a part of an international assignment in 1999 when both the actors were working as models. It was a television commercial for the New York Lotto but was shot in India. The ad is directed by Ken Nahoum. The video is posted online by Tommy Kane, who was the art illustrator for this ad.
Mumbai Mirror quotes Bipasha's manager saying: "Bipasha had done this ad in 1999 when she was modelling for Ford Modelling Agency in New York. It was done as an international assignment and was meant for the international market. I don't know why such an old ad has surfaced now.
